Does this theme require Elementor or any page builder plugin to run? Also, can the loading icon (that displays between page loads) be disabled? This theme looks great, although seems to run pretty slow on the demo site.

We can’t get the “Annual” & “Monthly” buttons to be aligned like the example, and there are also check marks next to them that we don’t know how to remove.

The margins in this first section is huge and we are trying to reduce it so the page doesn’t have a huge empty space, but when we move the margins to -250+, the buttons in the first 3-4 rows won’t work anymore.
